Your Construction Project Done Your Way

Every project begins with us sitting down to discuss what you‘re looking to accomplish. I first want to get to know you and fully understand what your goals and concerns are and to answer any questions you may have about me, our company and our method of operation. Whether we’ll be working with your architectural plans or whether you need our help developing working drawings, we can be of service to you.

The work you did for us is outstanding and draws many positive comments. Your ability to work with us in a professional and cost effective manner on a project that continuously evolved from a rather modest remodel to a fairly extensive makeover was truly amazing. In the end, your professional approach, patience and willingness to work through all sorts of challenges helped make our home the beautiful and comfortable place that it is today.

Gene Thorsett

We’ll submit to you a Proposal and Scope of Work which will detail for you every aspect of the project. We understand that not everyone is savvy about the construction process, so we’ll describe to you from A to Z how the job will proceed and the different processes that will be involved. All labor and materials that are a part of the project will be described in the scope so there will be no question as to what will be included. Unless you make changes to the original project scope during the course of construction, in which case I will submit a change order for your approval, will there be a change in costs, what we quote you for the project will be the final amount you pay, no surprises and no hidden costs. A list of allowances for any items not specified in the plans or specifications and a complete payment schedule will be included as part of the proposal package, along with job references and insurances for our company.

I enjoy what I do and it gives me great pleasure to see a project go well from start to finish, in making that happen I am involved in all aspects of the construction. By being onsite and not just an occasional visitor gives me the ability to manage the progress of the project and if any situation should arise we can move quickly to make any corrections.

All of my jobs are staffed by trained, experienced workers and all sub-contract work is completed by licensed and insured tradesman. This helps insure the project moves along in a timely and constructive manner.

During the course of a project there will invariably be questions that come up and you can be assured that I will be available to answer any questions that you may have. Your Construction Project Done Your Way simply means listening and being receptive to you and your concerns to make sure that we are always doing the best job possible, to your complete satisfaction and expectations.

We believe in the value of honest, hard work: so you can be sure that your project will be completed on time, on budget and to your complete satisfaction. No fancy websites, no salesman, no glitz, just good, quality work at a fair price. If that’s what you’re after then look no further and give us a call or send us an email. Thanks!
