Every Herrera Construction project begins with me personally sitting down with you and listening to what you want to accomplish. I want to first get to know you and fully understand your goals and concerns so I can be working from the start to answer those concerns and begin the process to fully reach your goals.

I carefully prepare a set of specifications and proposal which includes the complete final price. Unless you change the specifications the price I quote in the proposal is the full price you will pay upon completion of the project.
I love what I do and it gives me great pleasure to be on-site on every job and involved in every phase of the construction. This way I can ensure that all aspects of the job are completed to the very highest of standards and that if any problems arise I can quickly move to fix them.
I believe that every aspect of the job needs to be done by the appropriately trained and experienced craftsman so I work with only the finest subcontractors available. They are all fully insured and most are individuals I have been working with for many years.
During a job there are always some questions that come up and you can rest assured that I will personally be in touch with you at each phase of the project to get your input on our approach. Doing the job your way means courteously listening to you to make sure I am always doing the job to meet your expectations.
I have observed that a sloppy job-site often leads to a sloppy outcome so I insist that my job-sites are always kept neat and clean.
I believe in the value of honest, hard work so you can be sure that your project will be completed on time, on budget and to your complete satisfaction.
